students arrested. j: St. Petersburg, January 6. Many students at Kietf have been ar--rested in possession of bombs. By blackmail they had extorted £60,000 from iornworks in consideration of keeping the works immune from attack. It Is stated that the students intended to assassinate the Governor, the Piefeet of Police, and the Rector of the University. *
