Sir Bradford Leslie, an Indian engineer, advises Sir John Morley to ask" the New South Wales Government for Dr Ashburton Thompson to visit India in connection with the plague. lionibay, January 1. The Parsccs of Bombay have ' independently approached Sir Sydenham Clarke with the same object.
