Every applicant for a Bookmaker's License shall, by not later than noon on MONDAY, the 23rd day of December, 1007, forward to the Secretary of the Club a written application for a License, signed by the applicant. Every application shall be accompanied by the prescribed License Fee and satisfactory references as to the fitness of the applicant to hold a Bookmaker's License. 3. Each Bookmaker who shall have obtained a Licence shall be entitled to have one other nerson (whether a Bookmaker or not) in attendance upon him at the racecourse to act strictly in the performance of clerical duties only for such Bookmaker without the payment of any additional fee. 5.
