the Moa Eoad Board met on Saturday. Present: Messrs I[. Tumble (chairman), A. Corldll, T. Channey A Laurence, G. Marsh, P. Hoby, and C loung. '

Fussell, clerk to the Waitara West Eoad Board, wrote that that Board was consulting the ratepayers on the upper end of Everett road regarding handing over their rates and the amount to the credit of the road to the Moa Road Board for expenditure, and lie inquired if the Moa Eoad Board, would be willing to expend the money on the Everett road south of the Mangnoroka stream in the Wftitara West district, so that the road might lie kept open any balance to be spent on the Everett road in the " Moa district - Agreed to.

Tenders were accepted: For carting 200 yds boulders on Kaimata road South, Pwan and Jameson, at 3s lid per yd. Other tenders were held over for a special meeting next Saturday. Tt was decided to pav tlie foremen on riirlstmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.
