POST AND TELEGRAPH HOLIDAYS. Christmas Day and New Year's Day being Post and Telegraph holidays, the following hoars will be obserred:— Postal Branch —Wednesdays, December 25th and January Ist wul be close holidays. On Thursday, 26th inst. (Boxing Day), Post Offices will be open in all branches, except Money Order and Savings Bank, from 9 a.m. to 10 ajn., and & letter carriers will make one complete delivery, starting at 7.30 a.m. All receivers wili be cleared at 8 p.m. on the evenings of Tuesday, 2£th and 31st. All mails usually made up on Wednesday will be closed at 8,30 p.m. on Tuesdays, the 24th and 31st. A special delivery of correspondence will be made over the publk counter on the evenings of Tuesday. 24th and 31st, between the hours of 8.30 pjn. and 0.30 p.m. The private box lobby will be open from 9.30 a.m. to . 9 pjn. on December 25th and January lst, and open as usual on 26th inst The railway travelling post office will run as usual on all the holidays. % Telegraph Branch—The telegraph office will be open from 9.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. on Christmas »»r, and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 • pjn.' to midnight on Boxing Day and Sew Year's Day.
