Aruthur Robinson, pastor of the George street Baptist Chapel at Plymouth, who was arrested in his vestry on a recent Sunday on a rMrge of misconduct, was acquitted. siuvessful defence was a plea of mistaken identity. Mr Robinson gave an account of his actions on the afternoon to which the charge related which convinced the magistrates of his innocence in spite of the evidence nf three women and a sergeant of police.
