EXPLOSION AND FIRE. 250 MEN ENTOMBED. Received 20th, 9.44 p.m. New Yoik, December 20. By%n explosion and fire in the Pittsiburg Coal Company's Narr mine at Jacob's creek, 250 Americans and Hungarians were entombed. Smoke and fierce flames issuing from the mouth of ihe mine rendered rescue illmOflt hopeless. Fans are now working, and it is hoped some of the unfortunate men may be alive. ■*>* m
