Kyduey, December 19., In the Legislative assembly me Premier announced tnat Uie luliigow ironworks would be in full worfiiug order early in the sew Year. The lirm of C. and ii. Hoskings would take i\lr Sandford's jilace. Xhe firm would be possessed of sufficient capital'and enterprise to make the industry an assured success. Provision of a very liberal character wus being made for Mr Sandford, who thoroughly appreciated the arrangements. Mr Wilde will. give details of the scheme to-day.
A SATISFACTORY SALE. , Received 19th, 10.5 p.m. / Sydney, October 19. lloskins, in addition to taking Sandford's place at the bank, pays Sandford £IO,OOO cash, and gives him promissory notes for £40,000, negotiable immediately, and also pays off creditors to the extent of £20,000.
