On and after October lat, 1907, the talcs of postage on letters and lettercards addressed to places beyond New Zealand will be as follows: The United Kingdom, British possesdons aad countries at present named in lirt on page 3 of the postal gnide, Id lotr each ounce or fraction thereof; all other places 2%d for the first ounce and l%d for each succeeding ounoa or fraetio* thereof.
