Received Dec. 15, 5.30 p.m. "Sydney, December 15. The Arbitration Court award in the bootmakers' dispute fixes the minimum wages for journeymen at 48s (the same as in Victoria), and for piecework 7'/s per cent, is added to the.existing log rates. The award operates from Ist January next.
