Received Dec. 9, 10.7 p.m. Stockholm, December 9. King Oscar 11. of Sweden died quietly. He was unconscious at the end. The cause of death was calcification of the cerebral cardial blood-vessels.

Gustaf V. has succeeded to-the throne.
