A GERMAN CLAIM.
; Received Dec. ti, 10.14 p.m. ( London, December 0. Germany ha# made a request for arbitration in regard to a claim for damages Which was brought before the Central Claims Board in South Africa in 190-2 and diaallowed. It is understood that the British Government will not reopen the subject. This creates a deadlock in respect to' Bums Philps' claim.
