«. Per Press Association. Gore, Last Night. To-day was "People's Day" at the (Jons A. ami P. Show. The weather was line, and the attendance about 5500. The horses, which were judged to-day, were a splendid lot, the draught mares and iillies being conceded by the judges to be as good a lot as could be gathered together in the Dominion. The championship for draught entires was won by J. McDonald's Duncraig, and for draught mare by J. Ewen's Agarima. Fancy hackneys were good and thoroughbreds moderate, the male championship in the latter being secured by Cannonball, and the female by Lady Ronald.
