DEMONSTRATION AGAINST GERMANY.
, KAISER IN EFFIGY BURNT. Received Dec. 4, 0.2? a.m. Vienna. December 3. Poles at Lemberg made a demonstration against Prussia's Polish legislation. The Kaiser in effigy was burnt. Windows of the hotel where the German Consul was residing were smashed.
