Duncdin, Last night. The case Harrison v. Moses and Pittar, claim for £2OOO damages for al- - leged neglect and unskilful extraction of teeth, was continued in the Supreme Court to-day. Evidence was given by. Doctors Boberts, Evans, and Delautour, the two former stating that plaintiff waj suffering from consumption, and the latter stating that examination by means of X rays had failed to disclose the presence of a tooth in the lung.
