i'RAUDS AND SUICIDES. New York, November 27. John Jenkins, president of the suspended Jenkins I rust, has been arrested on a charge of forgery. His brothers, Frank ana Frederick; and Jenkins, President and Director respectively of the Williamsburg Trust, have also been indicted. The New York Tribune estimates that eighteen suicides have occurred in America as the result of the financial panic.
