RISING IN MOROCCO.
FRENCH SERIOUSLY THREATENED. Paris, November 27. French accounts of the fighting at Tcuiys show that Colonel Tclireau'a infantry were ahuost surrounded on Sunday morning in a mist. Though the machine guns inflicted terrible losses, the Arabs renewed their attack with desperate fury and threatened to overwhelm the camp. Then 200 Spahis repeatedly charged and engaged the French in a fierce hand-to-hand struggle. Ultimately they compelled the Arabs to retreat. Morocco, November 27. Tribes hitherto neutral have joined the Benihaisen. The situation is critical. Reinforcements are urgently needed to save the French from' being overwhelmed. There is great alarm among Europeans and natives all along the Algerian frontier. Adul Aziz is co-operating with the French to crush the Benihaisen tribe.
