St. Petersburg, November 22. Drunken rioters, led by a man in officer's uniform, raided the municipal abattoirs at Vladivostock, where many workers of both sexes were employed. The man dressed as an officer ordered all the employees to be hanged. The gibbet broke while his men were attempting the first execution. The order was then revoked And th« '•officer" ordered the employees to form a line. He then attacked them with hie sword and the other raiders used clubs on them.
