ASSAULTING A FELLOW-WORKER
GROSS PEBJVSXf Press. Association. Auckland, Friday. Three tramway employees, Donovan, Kiifcwood, and Family, were charged with assaulting a fellow-employee, William Ward, wlio had given evidence against a conductor charged with theft. They were committed for trial by Mr. Kettle, S.M., who said there was aome gross perjury on one side or the other.
