COUNTY OF TARANAKI. is HeTeby given that at a Special Meeting held on the 4th day of November, 1907, it was resolved (by way of Special Order) that the Taranaki County Council make a By-law under "The Counties Act, 1886," and its amendments, and Sections 151 and 152 of "The Public Works Act, 1905," the object and purport of which by-law arc as follows: To forbid the conduct of all or any of the following particular kinds of traffic, namely, the carriage of limber in logs, sawn timber, split timber, firewood, stones, broken metal or gravel, upon or along any road under the control of the Taranaki County Council, the statutory penalty lor any breach of the By-law being a line not exceeding £2l). The said resolution will be submitted for cunlinuation to an Ordinary Meeting of tlie County Council to be held at tlie Council's Office in Queen-street, New Plymouth, on MONDAY, the 2nd day of December, 1907, at 11 a.m. A copy of the proposed Special Order and By-law is deposited at the office of the County Council in Queen-street, New Plymouth, where the same will lie open for public inspection during office hours until the said confirming meeting is held.
