LABOR LEADER DISAPPOINTED. London, November 15. The Labor Leader describes the railway settlement as the' 'SedqA" of the British trade union movement. It is n|t only a virtual betrayal of the railwaymen's agitation, but ereets formidable walls against the possibility of any future 'all-grades' movejnent. "HOBSON'S CHOICE." Received Nov. 15, 0.56 p.m. London, November 16. The Railway Review, the organ of the Amalgamated Society, says Mr. Lloyd(ieorge must bear the credit or discredit for the settlement with the railway men. It was largely a matter of "Hobßon's 1 choice."
