AIMS OF VARIOUS PARTIES.

Received Nov. 14, 10.13 p.m. St. Petersburg, Novemlier 14. The Pounia meets to-day. It comprises 120 members of the Right, 70 Monarchists, 100 Octobrists, 60 Constitutional Democrats, 28 members of tlie Left, and the rest divided among four small groups.
