On and after October Ist, 1907, the rates of postage on letters and lettercards addressed to places beyond New Zealand will be as follows: The United iKngdom, British possessions and countries at present named in lirt on page 3 of the postal guide, Id for each ounce or fraction thereof; all Other places 2%d for the first ounce and iy*d for each succeeding ounce or fraction {hereof.
