VICE-ADMIRAL SCOTT REPltl- ' MANDED. I/jndon, November 12. Admiral Scott, who wa* reprimanded yesterday for conveying in a eontemptuoas manner an order from Admiral Beresford, was ordered to appear on board the flagship. There in the presence of Admirals Constance and Roley, Admiral Beresford read his general signal of reprimand.
