THE MINISTRY RESIGNS. Received Nov. 12, 0.36 p.m. Brisbane, November 12. In the Assembly to-dav Mr. Kidston arnounced the resignation of his Ministry. Mr. Philp announced that he had been rent for and had consented to form a Ministry. Mr. Kidston gave notice to move to-
morrow that the House does not favor the change of Government.
