COUNT MOLTKE'S APPEAL. Received jfov. 3, 4.20 p.m. Berlin, November 2. The Public Prosecutor has carried the Count Moltke case to the Landgerich for retrial before three or five judges. The Public Prosecutor will represent Count Moltke's interests and conduct the case, while Count Moltke himself will appear as co-prosecutor, with the additional advantage of being able to testify on oath. He was not on oath during the recent trial.
