PROFESSIONAL LEAGUE JN SYDNEY
Sydney, November 1. the Professional Kugby League lias adopted a code of laws. The laws include provisions for the payment of players at a rate not exceeding Ids per day for loss of time or salary, with 7s (id per day when playing outside and 3s when playing inside their own State as personal expenses. Tl'e rules also provide for the payment of medical expenses and £2 a week to injured players while they are incapacitated from following their usual Occupation.
