A "BLACK SHEEP."
London; October 30. The Hon. John Morley's stepson, John Ayling, a magistrate, and late partner in the firm of Constable and Co,) publishers, of Edinburgh, has been remanded on a charge of forging the names of Mr. Morley and W. Blaikie to two bills for amounts totalling £BOOO. Ayling appeared in Codrt with his throat bandaged, after any alleged attempt to commit suicide. Ayling's liabilities amount to £40,000. His position "is largely due to unsuccessful speculations in Rhodesia.
