LLOYD-GEORGE IN WALES. Received Oct. 31, 10.18 p.m. London, October 31. - Mr. D. Lloyd-George, addressing the jl'clsh National Liberal Convention at Rhyl, appealed to the nation to support him in every fair step to prevent a railway strike. He declared the House of Lords' veto blocked the road to "paradise."
