KING'S INTEREST IN THE NEW SCHEME. Received Oct. 28, 1.40 p.m. London, October 28. The King addressed the Lords-Licu-tcnaot at Buckingham Palace respecting the new duties and responsibilities devolving on them in connection with the territorial army. He hoped they would employ their best endeavors to execute the work entrusted to them, and believed the united efforts of his people , would result in success.
