AUSTRALIAN "BURGUNDY."
TO BE LABLED AS SUCH. Received Oct. 27, 4.17 p.m. London, October 1 ' 26. In connection with the Keystone Bur» gundy case cabled on the 12th, the prosecution was withdrawn on the proprietors undertaking to print the country of origin on their labels. The Wine and Spirit Association', (London) proßeouted a Kensington tradesman for selling as Burgundy a'bottle of "Key of Keystone" Burgundy, whieh wa« Australian, and not a product of the French Burgundy district. The labels contained no referenec to Australia. The proprietors of the ''Keystone" brand said it was proposed,-before the prosecution started, to have a certificate from the South Australian Government analyst printed on the labels. The casa was adjourned, with the abovo result.
