THE CRUISE OF THE ATLANTIC FLEET. A REASSURING STATEMENT. Received Oct. 27, 4.17 p.m. New Vork, October 26According to the Sew York Tribune, President Roosevelt, in responding to an inquiry by friends, made it clear that his wish and expectation is that the fleet will return to the Atlantic after two or three months' stay in the Pacific. The announcement is interpreted to mean that the visit of Mr. Taft to Tokio has led to a welcome clearing of the air.
