He is anxious to call the Kaiser to contradict the allegation that he is controlled by a political ring. A WITNESS DECLINES TO ATTEND THE COURT. REFUSES TO BE IDENTIFIED. Berlin, October 28. The Court scandal continues to excite Europe. Count Eulenburg declined to attend the court, alleging illness. The Judge sent a soldier to his private residence in order to identify him as & participant in Count Lynar's orgies. Count Eulenburg refused to see him. General Count Molkze flatly denies immorality, but admits undue sentimentality in his relations with Count Eulenbur'g. He declares ho resigned his Commandantship at Berlin solely because he was the victim of slanderous accusations. Major Hulsen, an official, reluctantly deposed that Count Molkze's resignation was not solely due to military consideration. The Kaiser receives a Bpecial shorthand report of the trial.
