The Hungarian Minister of Agriculture has published the following estimate of the world's crops for 1907 as compared with 1900; 1907. 1900. Tons. Tons. The High Commissioner of Canada has received n message stating that the crops in North-West Canada will be fully equal to those of last year, and that 21,000 laborers are required and being engaged in the fields as they arrive.
