At the Royal Agricultural Show, Sydney, N.S.W., he gained First and Champion Prizes three years in succession. Judge Belden (imp.) is the sire of Bellman, winner of the Auckland Trot, Canterbury Victoria Handicap, and Progressive Handicap in 1898, and the Aucklectric rot in 1897.
