TWO LINERS SUNK AT THLIK BERTHS. Madrid, October 24. The Hamburg-American liner Borassia foundered in the river Tagus nhilc coaling. Of the passengers 136 were rescued and three drowned. Vancouver, OctoVr 24. The Canadian-Pacific liner Empress of China aank alongside the wharf here owing to her sea-cocks being left open.
