J lie Xew Plymouth bowling green was opened for practice yesterday afternoon. Tile green was playing fairly we.l, considering tin; amount of rain that lias fallen lately. Fair form was shown by the players during the afternoon. It has been decided to open the «rccn for play every Thursday and Saturday afternoons (weather permit-tin") during this month.
