Along by the railway side, Poseidon and Lady Diffidence were in the van, and came into the straight in that order, with Inlaire next. Poseidon made no race of it, and won Tiv two lengths from May King, who came with a late run, gaining second place. Mazarin was Time, 2min 23-j'jsee. Betting: Even money Poseidon, y to 1 against lolaire. Hunters' Cup—Grandmaster, 11.2, 1; Kilarney, 10.!), 2; Roscommon Boy, 11.11, 3. Five others ran. Won easily. Time, 7min 33'/isec.
