GERMAN COLONISATION METHODS.
TREATMENT OF NATIVES. Capetown, October 10. In German Soutu-West Africa new regulations have been issued prohibiting natives of the celony from aiqi.ir.ng land or keeping horses or big cattle without the Governors sanction. All natives must have passports even to move about within the colony. AH white inhabitants are entitled to supervise the doings of nilives. Many of the Hereto tribes are already moving towards the British frontier.
