McCullough has so far re- ,~' , te P}7 from the Government to his letter in'response to the second communication from the Minister, He informed a reporter to-night that until ho received that reply he did not. think he would address any public meeting on the question of the restriction of the political rights of civil servants. He expected, however, to receive a reply tomorrow.
