Harry Fisher, a carpenter at Spreydun, sued the Tramway Board to-day, before Mr. Bishop, S.M., for damage sustained by falling cvsr the trapdoor of a sump in Cathedral' Square placed for the convenience of the Board.' His foot caught in the hole and he fell back; being injured and unable to work for three months. The Magistrate awarded £25 damages.
