AUCKLAND STOCK MARKET. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company report:— Horses—Heavy draughts realised from £26 10s to £36, medium do. £lB 5s to £29, hacks and light harness horses £8 10s to £2O ss, weeds £3 to £0 10s. We held a special sale of dairy cows and heifers at Papakura on Thursday. Cows sold at from £3 10s to £7 ss, heifers £2 1-1- to £4 10s, bulls £3 5s to £4 15s. Cattle —Oxen realised up to 30s per 1001b and eows 22s to 24s per 1001b. Steers sold at from £7 10s to £lO, cows £4 5s to £0 ss, dairy eows from £3 5s to £B. heifers £3 lbs to £0 ss, empty eows £1 17s (id to £3 2s Od, calves 18s to £1 !>s. WILSOX AXD NOLAN'S REPORT. Messrs Wilson and Nolan report for the week ending October 6th:— Poultry—We only had a small entry. All pens submitted sold at late rates. We quote: Hens Is 8d to 2s, ducks 2s to 2s 3d, cockerels Is 8d to Is lfid, hens and ducklings 7s 9d to 10s. Furniture—We had a record crowd ,it our mart on Saturday, and cleared n large quantity of furniture on account of Mr T. Oliver, and other vendors' prices realised wevc generally satisfactory. Stock—Owin;: to bad weather not much has lw?en moving. e report lite sale of the whole of Mr O'Connor s stock at a satisfactory price.
