Malone, for tiie interpretation of a will, was allowed to stand over till the next j sessions. THE FONTANELLA CASE. An application by Mr. Crump for the return of the exhibits in the Fontanels case was struck out, with costs £2 2s. PROBATE. Probate was granted of ilie will of the! late James ■ Lysaght, of Mokoia. Mr. Quilliam (instructed by Mr. Caplen, of Ilawera) appeared. FANTHAM v. FANTHAM. Tin's was a motion to allow the expenses of the defendant Fautham in the
recent action. Mr. Huichen appeared in support, ~alul Mr. Watson opposed. His Honor said he didn't see that the plaintiff could interfere in the matter, but lie would postpone the application, to lie brought on again if necessary upon notice being given to the other,side. On the application of Mr. Weston'costs £1 Is were granted.
