"RAGGING" ON THE RAILWAYS.

Per Presß Association. Auckland, Thursday. The Trades and Labour Council carried a resolution drawing the attention of the Minister of Railways to the fact that "ragging" is prevalent in Auckland, and asking him to take action in the matter.
