ARBITRATION COURT.

Per Press Association. I Invercargill, Last Night. | At the Arbitration Court to-day a j number of breaches of award were dealt with. John and Margaret Andrews, bakers, were fined £2 for not paying overtime. William Pope, a baker, for employing a foreman and second hand at less than the minimum wage, was fined £5. Dunn and Male, the employees referred to in the last' case, were fined £1 each, George Mackie, Sawmiller at Stewart Island, was fined £10" covering two_ charges of paying less than the minimum wage, and £5 covering several * charges of not paying wages before the eighth of the month. Carl Boumaat was fined £5 for employing two apprentices and no journeywomen.
