AUSTRIAN RAILWAY STRIKE.
"PASSIVE HESISTEKS." Received Oct. 2, 8.57 p.m. Vienna, October 2. Seventy thousand employees of the Austrian railways have begun a passive resistance strike, to secure increased wages amounting to £200,000 a year.
