Further evidence in respect to the existence of tile coal combine, is fort.ieoming in the shape of a draft aor meiit between the northern colliery proprietors and the shipping companies. The document stipulates that J .la yendors agree to sell to purchasing agents the whole coal which may bo refpiired by them to supply trade in Victoria, South Australia. Western Aim tralia and Queensland; that such coal shall be from collieries mentioned in the schedule; the price of coal to be settled in the month of November of ea.li year.
