Mr E. Dingle, cabinet-maker and upholsterer, of Devon street, has at present a lino stock of lloorcloths, linoleums, etc., new patterns and good. His stocu of fancy and house hold chairs is also of the best. Any piece of furniture required and not in stock will be made up in the work-room at short notice. Shop at Dingle's for satisfaction and easy prices. The annual meeting of shareholders of the Mangorci Co-operative Dairy Factory Co., Ltd., will be held at the Public Hall, Egmont Village, on Monday, October 7th. The Borough Council invite tenders, to close on October 4th, for supply and delivery of bounder stone.

| The fishing season opens on October Ist. Fishing licenses may be obtained at places set out in the advertisement. Day licenses at 2s Od per day and short period licenses at 12s Cd, dating on or from December 20th, will be available. Dozens of kinds of cakes, pies, sandwiches, etc., to select from. Call early. At the Stratford Horse Bazaar on Saturday, October sth, Mr. Newton King will offer by auction 45 horses, draughts to hacks, broken and unbroken.
