At a meeting of the Harbour Board to-day Mr. "Bullock tabled a letter showing that a meeting of shipping company representatives had recommended that a reward of £lO be paid for the detection and conviction of anyone pillaging or broaching cargo, payment to be divided between the Harbour Board and shipping companies.
