A PROFITABLE YEAR. Received Sept. 25, 9 p.m. Brisbane, Sept. 25. The ~ railways report shows that in the put year the percentage of net revenue to capital expended was C 4 4s, the highest for twenty-four years. The percentage of working expenditure to revenue was 59.88, comparea with 55.81 the previous year, and the lowest for twenty-four years. The net revenue increased by £231,000.
